2. Are all of your lines are made in Japan.
A. Exactly, yes.

3. How about Warranty period.
A Full one year after be delivered, under normal condition of usage.

4. Any special request on manipulators are available?
A. Yes, please consult with us through e-Mail or other route.

5. What are the major difference between Conventional products and Newly Developed ones?
A. Newly designed ones are rather sophisticated than that of Conventional ones. Most of New ones are Space concious, and be able to operate much precise and accurate. Conventional ones have long experience of manufacturing, and fit to Your feelings without doubt.

6. How much do you charge for the freight_
A. Freight free under delivering inside ot US territory by UPS-Brown (Ground). Other than that, for European destination, and/or using quicker delivery, we charge the exact amount additionaly on products cost.

7. Do you issue the receipt?
A. Yes. However, we shall comply to the regulations of Fair Trade.
